Martin Sena
Martin Sena was born and raised in Pueblo Colorado. He grew up around several family owned businesses which helped him develop deep ties to the Pueblo community at a young age. After Graduating High School Martin moved to Texas to go to College. While in Texas he started working with at risk youth at a psychiatric hospital. After moving back to Pueblo Colorado Martin Continued to work with at risk youth at a treatment facility where he developed a passion for mentoring. Over the course of his career Martin developed leadership skills, as well as a great ability to manage crisis, problem solving, and critical decision making. Martin brings those skills to PROCOM which makes him a steady and reliable resource to our clients. As a resource Martin is effective with compliance audits, education, and overall Drug and alcohol program management. Martin has also become the face of the organization in the community by participating in events with the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and being a resource for all things drug testing to other organizations.
During his free time away from PROCOM, Martin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, cheering on his favorite sports teams, fishing, and playing more golf. For several years now Martin has volunteered time coaching football and mentoring through the Pueblo Police Activities Legue. Among the many things Martin enjoys about working at PROCOM, he most enjoys being playing a key role in a company that continues to grow and evolve.
