DOT-Compliant Training for Safer Supervision
What Is Reasonable Suspicion Training?
Reasonable Suspicion Training is a federally required course for supervisors of employees in safety-sensitive roles, including those covered by DOT regulations. The training equips managers with the knowledge and confidence to recognize signs of drug or alcohol use in the workplace and take the appropriate next steps.
This isn’t about jumping to conclusions, it’s about knowing what to look for, how to document observations properly, and how to respond in a way that protects your team and keeps your company in compliance. Whether you’re new to supervision or just need a refresher, this course helps ensure you’re meeting your responsibilities under 49 CFR Part 382.603.
Employee Drug and Alcohol Education
Your employees are what drives your company to be at the top of your industry. When they are unsure about what standards you have for drug and alcohol testing, things can get messy. Everyone deserves to know what resources are at their disposal should they need support or guidance.
Reasonable Suspicion Training
Every organization, whether regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or not, should have supervisors who are able to appropriately and effectively identify possible substance abuse on the job. Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training delivers the awareness, skills, and confidence needed to recognize the signs and take the right steps toward maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
DOT Urine Drug Screen Collector Training
DOT Drug testing needs to be handled with care and accuracy at every level, with mandatory qualification training by law. As a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), we assist in training drug collector personnel at the collection sites we use. Because drug collectors have a direct impact on test integrity, proper training is critical.
